Andrew Lanier is a licensed NC real estate broker with the Lanier Property Group of Intracoastal Realty. He moved to Wilmington as a kid from Gloucester, VA. His childhood is filled with memories of attending New Hanover High School and heading down to the Aquarium at Fort Fisher with his dad, who was the Aquarium’s director. Andrew stayed in North Carolina for college, attending UNC-Chapel Hill. After college, Andrew made the choice to pursue his passion and joined the local film industry. He eventually specialized in locations and transportation. He has worked on many local productions, including Dawson's Creek, Ironman 3, and Good Behavior.
Andrew's real estate career began almost a decade ago when he decided to take his location scouting and local area expertise and put it to work helping families find their perfect home.
Andrew, a self-proclaimed movie buff, still keeps one foot in the entertainment industry, when he isn’t busy working on film production, you’ll find him at the office or out with clients showing properties. After years of scouting locations for films, he knows just about every road and a hidden gem in the Wilmington area.
In addition to his work in the film and real estate industries, Andrew enjoys playing tennis, photography, and boating on Wilmington’s beautiful waterways. He enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and son Oliver, as well as listening to all kinds of music, attending concerts, and visiting the local microbreweries for meeting up with friends.
